2025 Word for the Year

FAITHFUL

Every year at Love INC we seek a word of the year to help motivate, inspire, and focus on what God specifically wants to do through Love INC that year. The word of the year for 2025 is Faithful. This reminds us that God is Faithful and we are called to model His faithfulness.

We are using the imagery and model of a dandelion to help us understand the persistent faithfulness of God that continues to be faithful: seed. grow. multiply. We will be faithful in all these stages and look to celebrate God’s faithfulness in each of these stages for our neighbors, our churches, our programs, etc.

Seed

  • When something is in the seed stage, growth can be hidden and not obvious but it is full of potential. This may be a connecting with a new neighbor, building a relationship with a new church, networking with new community agencies, or starting a new initiative.

Grow

  • This is when we are starting to see some growth.

Multiply

  • This is when the growth is not just apparent, but it is spreading and propagating. This may be when a neighbor is up on their feet and helping others, this may be when a program or partnership is well established and self-sustaining.

We believe that transformation comes not from our flashy ideas, or grand gestures of “charity” but rather our consistent, faithful love in the name of Christ.

God’s Faithfulness

  • What if some were unfaithful? Will their unfaithfulness nullify God’s faithfulness? Romans 3:3
